Our building is nestled in the heart of Civitanova Marche, just a few steps from the central square and a few minutes walk to the seaside, offering our guests the utmost comfort and easy access to the best points of interest in town.
The town is divided into two parts: Civitanova Alta, perched on a hill overlooking the Chienti River valley, and Porto Civitanova, which includes the harbor and several beaches along the Adriatic coast.
Check-in is available from 4 PM (16:00) and can be done automatically. Check-out is by 10 AM (10:00). If you have specific needs, please inform us during booking and we will do our best to accommodate you with a tailored solution.
Paid parking spots are available near the property, with additional free parking spaces in the surrounding area.
Yes, there is an elevator available in the building, spanning three floors.
For safety reasons, accommodating non-registered individuals in the building is not allowed.
